By using this website to book your event pass / accommodation online indicates that you accept the terms and conditions of use. Jamaica Soul accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or death how ever caused.
Jamaica Soul accepts no responsibility for Flight delays, cancellations or any other act resulting in non attendance of the event.
Jamaica Soul accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings while attending the event. It is a good idea to get travel insurance. There are a number of good travel insurance companies.
Both AXA and the Post Office offer excellent, competitively priced single trip or annual multi trip cover.
We do not store/retain credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
PAYMENT FLOW & DELIVERY POLICY
Bookings are confirmed once we receive the necessary deposit or full payment. A confirmation receipt will be sent by e-mail. Please keep this as proof of payment.
REFUND / CANCELLATIONS POLICY Cancellations must be received either in writing to our UK business address or by email no later than 14 days after the booking. A full refund will be received for any cancellation within this time frame. After this period no refund will be due.
The refund of Early Bird deposits works within the same time frame as set out above. All enquires to: Jamaicasoul@starpointradio.com
Jamaica Soul shall be under no liability if a party is unable to carry out any provision of the booking for any reason beyond their control, including (without limiting the foregoing), Any Act of God, Legislation, War, Terrorism, Fire, Flood, Drought, Failure of Power Supply, Lock Out, Strike or other action taken by employees owing to any inability to produce materials required for the performance of the event. Jamaica Soul reserves the right to refuse admission to any of the events venues and to cancel any booking or bookings without prior notice.
